How many digital exposures would be captured?
For half day session, we usually shoot more than 150 images. For full day session, we usually shoot more than 400 images for every couple.
Do you offer photo retouching and printing services?
Yes. We commit to deliver premium service to all wedding couples, so we will select your best pictures for the photo retouching. The quantity would be approximate 25 pcs. Together with other wedding pictures, you would get at least 250 high resolution pictures from us.
Can I keep the high resolution files?
Yes. Sure! We encourage every couple to keep high resolution files, so that you can use these files to prepare your photo frame, album, wedding gifts, mouse pad, wall paper or any other premiums at your own country.
Do you shoot color photo or black and white photo?
We do shoot all the wedding pictures in color version. However, we could also provide the extra service to add the special effects for the wedding pictures, such as black and white or any other antique styles.
Why do you provide all high resolution images to every couple?
Digital files have their distinctive advantages nowadays. We believe digital images can provide a lot of fun for couple to enjoy and share with friends and families. Where is your studio?
We have the full equipped studio in Bali. Our aim is to produce high quality album and offer the carefree wedding photo retouch service at the studio. We dedicate ourselves to provide the fast and professional service to you.
What are your standard procedures after the wedding photo service?
Normally, we will prepare a backup copy of all wedding pictures from our customers within 1 day. Then, we will start review, edit and retouch the wedding pictures within 3 days. Depending how many days that you would stay in Bali, we can also arrange the photo album to reach our customer within 1 or 2 days.
When can I get my wedding pictures from you?
In order to provide the premium and instant service for each couple, we aim to deliver a photo album within 4-5 days after the wedding photo shooting. For example, if a Hong Kong couple stays in Bali for 5 days and 4 nights, we encourage them to take the wedding pictures on day 2 and we will produce the photo album to them during the day 5 morning. We target to deliver the album to them before they fly back to Hong Kong, so that they can share the pictures with their friends and families quickly.
